Ages 4-5 from 3:15-3:45
Ages 6 & up from 3:15-4:40
This an excellent way to try our children's programs at our air conditioned gym. The first half an hour will focus on fitness, coordination, control, and focus through martial arts games and exercises. The second part will allow the 6 & up crowd to participate in a TaeKwonDo class and get a more in depth lesson on self defense techniques, the mechanics of movement, and the discipline reqired to excell in athletics and school. Kids can train in whatever clothing is comfortable for them to exercise in.
