
Free Fitness Kickboxing for New Students in July.
You know you should, but motivating yourself to exercise in the heat is hard, especially when you're bored with the same old routine at the gym. And I bet you could use an hour to yourself without phones, kids or demands. Have fun, de-stress, and stay in shape in our air conditioned gym this summer. If you're nervous about being a beginner you're welcome to bring a friend to try it with you. Together we can achieve your fitness goals.
Please, arrive ten minutes early. We workout in regular workout clothes and bare feet. The first 1/2 hour is pure cardio, fat burning, sweat pouring, bag pounding fun. Then you'll tone muscles with resistence bands and medicine balls. Bring water, a towel, and a friend.
