Community Self-Defense Seminar ~ Sunday ~ December 18, 2011, 1:00-2:30pm

We are holding our bi-annual Community Self-Defense Seminar on Sunday, December 18, 2011 from 1:00-2:30pm here at the studio. Flyers will soon be available, but please help us pass the word. Seventh Dan Senior Master Lovas will demonstrate simple, hands-on, easy to learn, proven techniques that everyone should know to help ensure you and your family’s personal safety.   13 and up recommended. There is no cost and space is limited so reserve your spot today at 530-887-0215. Wear loose comfortable “work-out” style clothing. Afterward, Mr. and Mrs. Lovas are opening their studio for all last minute “Santa’s helpers”. Bring your wrapping paper, ribbon, supplies, and those gifts you just haven’t found time to wrap yet and spend the afternoon on the mats. Bring a snack/cookies/cake to share and spread out to finish up that last lingering holiday detail. This is the last weekend day before Christmas Eve!!!!!! The studio will stay open until 5:30.
