Thank you to everyone who took the time out of their busy, last weekend day before Christmas to participate in the Community Self-Defense and Safety Seminar! There were many familiar faces and many, many new faces. Senior Master Lovas provided a welcoming approach to such a serious topic. We hope you never have to learn your new skills, but if you do, Remember the goal is to cause pain and get out...! You do not want to stay and take on that fight! Save your life, or the life of your loved ones. Write those skills down while they are still fresh in your mind. If you practice on each other be very careful, they are meant to cause harm. Look for more events in the future. If you have an idea for an event in the future, let Debbie Lovas or Lisa Wildman know, and we'll see what we can arrange. If you'd like to further your training, let us know. There are many types of martial arts we offer and there is certainly one just right for you. And let's all remember Mrs. Debbie Lovas' favorite type of dance: Tap!
