Taekwondo

Overview

This is a traditional Korean martial art famous for its awesome kicking. Auburn Martial Arts Center is a member of the United World Taekwondo Association (UWTA). Our belt system teaches goal building and leadership skills necessary for any of life's great achievements. You'll be working up a sweat, having fun and learning self defense in every class.

  • 5:30-6:10 Beginners, White-Yellow Belts
  • 6:15-6:55 Advanced Kids, Brown Belts & Up
  • 7:00-7:55 Advanced Adults, Brown Belts & Up

Friday

  • 4:45-5:25 Intermediate & Advanced, Low Green-Red/Black Belts
  • 5:30-6:10 Beginners, White-Yellow Belts
  • 6:15-6:55 Kids Sparring
  • 7:00-7:55 Adult Sparring
