  • 5:30-6:10 White through Yellow Belts
  • 6:15-6:55 Kids Brown and up
  • 7:00-7:55 Adults Brown and up
  • 8:00-8:45 Tai Chi (Mondays Only)
  • 8:00-8:45 Escrima (Wednesdays Only)

Tuesday & Thursday
