PUSH UPS: On toes, chest must touch hand target.
SIT UPS:Feet held, arms across chest, elbows must touch legs.
LEVELS:
GREEN STRIPE- 10 PUSH UPS  10 SIT UPS
BLUE STRIPE- 20 PUSH UPS  20 SIT UPS
RED STRIPE- 30 PUSH UPS  30 SIT UPS
PURPLE STRIPE- 40 PUSH UPS  40 SIT UPS
REQUIRED STRIPES AT TESTINGS:
AT YELLOW BELT: NEED GREEN STRIPE
AT GREEN BELT: NEED BLUE STRIPE
AT BLUE BELT: NEED RED STRIPE
AT RED BELT: NEED PURPLE STRIPE
